SPORTSCENE KWAMNYANDU STAFF FRUADED MY ACCOUNT

Hi,

On 19 December 2018 I went to Kwamnyandu Shopping Centre at Sportscene to buy a denim Jean that had a price if R 549. Then when I am checking my account this year,there is a suspicious transaction of R 1199. When I am doing a follow up with their Forensics Department,they told me to go back to the store and ask for a Docket reprint. I visited the store for almost five times and the manager of the store and the staff keeps beating around the bush and not giving me the right answers and when I visited the store today. They told me that they don't have the docket or they can't find it. Please help me. TIA.
