Good Evening My name is Ayanda today I went to kuilsriver sportscene to take layby out, with my gf. As we arrived my gf go and pay out the layby the ladies that was assisting us said we not gonna get the layby because they are too busy for checking layby at the back, bare in mind we coming far we had to take two taxis couse we staying in kraaifontein. And the clothes we wanted is for tomorrow for my daughters graduation. And they really give us bad attitude and the other cashier that was next to her had an audacity to tell me I'm not the only one who did not get the layby even other customers came far and they did not get their layby. I have never seen that even on my slip the code of conduct that is saying you can't take out layby on the black Friday. I've wasted my money and time going to kuilsriver. The cashiers name is Emily roman. All I want is the money I've wasted to go to kuilsriver sportscene and my layby plz. They couldn't even help me of doing another layby I'm so hurt and angry.
