Sportscene horrible online service

On the 27th May 2021 i ordered Puma trackpants online, the parcel arrived on the 31st May 2021. I received a message that my parcel has arrived, on the following day 1st June 2021 i called the customer hotline asking a refund as i have already found the pants elsewhere cheaper. The lady who helped me said the refund will take 10 working days to be processed then i can get my refund through my bank, a month later I'm still waiting for the refund.
