Sportscene Heidelberg mall

Today the 7th of September 2020, I went to Sportscene Heidelberg mall, the treatment I got from the store manager and the and the lady on the counter was bad. I ended up not getting what I went there to buy.

I was checking out the sales items placed by the entrance, it was boxes of sneakers that were on sale, as I was busy checking , the boxes fell. It really wasn’t my fault but I apologized non the less. The lady ( was told was the store manager but no one was willing to give me their names) was rude and started talking to someone ( not sure if she is a friend or customer) about me by that time I felt that wasn’t necessary, I asked her if she wants me to clear up the boxes that fell and then things got out of hand.

I really felt if she wanted me to clear the mess I would have, there was no need for all that attitude. I was checking for items , the boxes fell.

I will ever buy from this branch again.
