Sportscene Hatfield horrible service

Sportscene Hatfield staff are extremely ***** , I went to the store to collect my card and they forced me to buy items worth more than 900 saying I have to do this in order to activate my card. They also added some sneaker cleaners worth 200 saying it’s store policy that all new accounts opened be opened by buying these two items.

The staff is extremely ***** and they help each other lie to customer, I called customer service and I was told there is no such thing as 900 purchases to activate card.

I don’t know why TFG is allowing this to happen to it’s clients.

So disappointed and still can’t believe how ***** that store is
