Sportscene Fourways Mall such a disappointment

I made a laybuy in September for my kids and it was only expiring on the 19th of December 2021 but on Sunday I went to fetch the laybuy and to my surprise they could not find my laybuy they made me wait a whole hour standing on my feet no explanation nothing mind you I'm pregnant and I had to be on my feet that long. I asked for the manager but was told he is not in, yet he was the manager he is the most useless manager and really does not deserve that position. Not even tje audacity to apologize!
