sportscene festival mall experience

I had very bad experience with sportscene festival mall. I had purchased sneakers that were ordered by them from another store since I had no size I had to take the size I've found and they'll order my size from another store to be delivered at their store (festival mall), mind you I had also paid the transportation fee same day with the sneakers on 18th July 2024. I was told the sneakers will be available within or less than a week of working days. I waited for 3 weeks before going back to ask what was happening, but one of the staff who had to communicate with me regarding my purchase kept saying he'll follow up and inform me. He never did to a point where I went back again today to told that their online system was and still off in order to request the sneakers from Menlyn mall or something like that , then requested for a refund to be told there wasn't cash I have to come back Saturday to get my refund of which isn't guaranteed. Now option I have is to exchange my sneakers at Eastgate or Sandton even after I've paid transportation fee or wait Saturday for my refund.
