Sportscene **** Jewellery insurance

It is so humiliating and embarrassing for a big company like sportscene to hang up calls and fail to hour it’s promises, I was ****** and my belongings have been taken from me including an old watch that I insured with them, I ddnt even do it myself they had the guts to call me to offer which I agreed. Now that one needs assistance you can’t get hold of them. 1- I called ***which appears on the statement and spoke to Valencia, who was not even happy on the call, she gave me ***8 to call, and it’s like someone hangs up the phone it’s worse because you don’t go through at all. 2- I then decided to contact an alternative number ***, I went through and the consultant never even introduced themselves I had to ask her (Jessica) she then told me to hold while she is transferring me to the right department, again the line got cut. 3- when you go to their branches you are asked to contact the above given numbers.

All you will hear from their company is register a megazine, automated calls advertising their products but fail to do the same for client in need of assistance.

I supported the brand but you disappointed me after ages of the insurance I had with you, I need my money bag and pay me back for lying to me, But first let’s meet with Ombudsman, he is the only person who can help those who are being ****** by big brands.
