Sportscene fails to deliver item or refund my money. Pathetic online service

I ordered an item online in April. We are now at mid June. I'm still. Waiting for my item. I've spend more money making calls to this company and every day some promises to call me back. I've made over 10 calls in 2 months. I will never buy anything from them ever again. Their call centre for online shopping is pathetic.
