Sportscene

I’m a size 3 in shoes and generally it’s very difficult to find my size. I purchased an airman from sportscene and the size 3 is a tad bit too tight for me and the size 4 is too big for me. I went to sportscene in Cresta mall yesterday to do a refund for the shoe since I couldn’t get a size and I was told they don’t have cash, and was offered a gift card which I declined as I did not purchase this shoe with a gift card and the chances of me using this gift card soon is slim as sportscene rarely has my size in sneakers. I was then told by the shop manager that he would call me when they have cash and that hasn’t happened, I then followed up today and they still don’t have cash. I called sportscene fourways mall and they don’t have cash either, I called sportscene Sandton mall and they don’t have cash either.

This is extremely exhausting as they’re quick to take your money when you pay in cash but cannot refund you in the same way you’ve paid and that’s not acceptable.
