Sportscene customer service SUCKS!!

So black Friday I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online and both got cancelled I immediately called the Monday and the Sunday I wrote a complaint the manager got back to me saying that they have located the shoe and it's coming from Kimberly I said it's enough time before Christmas no one made contact again with me if I hadn't to do all the calling around myself, I went to Archive Cavendishthey didn't have a clue what I'm talking about. I especially requested the takkie to be here before Christmas as it is for tomorrow. I was at the store this morning (24th Dec) still no luck Nuraan (manager) told me that it will definitely be there today it's 5:30 already and no call from Nuraan this costed me now to spend another R1000 on shoes for Christmas and it's something that my child doesn't even want but has no choice because of this. I mean I called immediately the Sunday when I got the sms that my order has been canceled and sent the email its almost a month later and I'm still waiting... It's been a whole back and fourth for shoe for almost a month due to you guys. I'm very upset and disappointed I had my child there with me this morning and all the child did was cry because the takkie he wanted for Christmas wasn't there!!!
