Sportscene canal walk

Yesterday I bought a gift for my boyfriend a blush redbat vest in a size Medium at sportscene table bay mall, there service there at table bay was excellent the stuff was friendly and helpful... When I got home only to find out that I bought the wrong size, the medium is too small and he needs a large, because we stay in Summergreens I asked him to go exchange to a bigger size in canal walk I misplaced the receipt I did not want refund he just needed a size bigger, when he got there he did not get help instead they told him to go back to table bay mall and exchange the vest there, according to him the service was very poor and the lady that he spoke was not keen to help
