Sportscene Black Friday purchase automatic reversal

On the 25th of November 2021, I made an online purchase at 7h35 and I did not receive a confirmation email or sms of order but I was taken to the thank you page and I got my order number.

December 02, I went online to track my order, only to find that the website states that I have no previous orders and my order does not exist. I contacted the customer service call center on the 3rd of December, only to find out that an hour after I placed my order, they system automatically reversed my order and now I cannot get my purchase because it is no longer selling for that price, since it was a black Friday special only.

I would like to be advised further on this matter with due urgency, as I cannot be held liable for Sportscene's system errors.
