Sportscene Birch acres Tavern

A few days ago I app**** for an account card at sportscene in Birch acres mall, so yesterday I went to collect my card. I was shocked to see how unprofessional the staff there is, the lady that was assisting me geld up my ID card and screamed "activation" as I was still tryna ask why their music was that loud, two guys came running towards me, one bumped me so hard that I almost fell to the ground, I was so ****ed but I kept my cool. None of them had name tags therefore they can't be identified! I'm never visiting that store again, it's a tarven rather ?
