Sportscene Bellville Bad Service

On the 25th of February i boutgh a pair of Nike Jordans at Archive in Somerset Mall. I had it on thrice before the stitching on 1 of the sneakers came loose. Today i went to Sportscene Middestad mall in Bellville to return/exchange it. I was told by the sales person (Rodrigo) that they are not allowed to exchange anything bought from Archive stores and even came me the option to speak to the manager Tiny as she would tell me the exact same thing. I then called customer service and they told me i need to return it to the closest Archive store. I bought things by Sportscene and returned it by Archive before and vice versa, I called Sportscene Tygervalley and spoke to Tshepo who advised me i wont have a issue returning or exchanging it at there branch. I then drove through Tygervalley and was help exchanging it for something else. Thanks to Tshepo and Warren from Sportscene Tygervalley. On the other hand can Sportscene please train there people all accordingly as 1 store cant be different to another.
