I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the unacceptable treatment my little sister received at your Atlyn Atteridgeville branch on Friday, June 21st. Despite her skin condition caused by Lupus, the sales lady, Nthabiseng, was disrespectful and openly mocked her situation. This behavior has severely impacted my sister's self-esteem. It is appalling that a customer should feel ashamed to enter your stores due to fear of mistreatment.

I implore you to reevaluate your employees' training on customer service and ensure that incidents like this are never repeated. Respect and compassion should be fundamental values in any retail environment. I trust that you will address this matter promptly to maintain the integrity of your brand.
