sportscene Atlantis Branch

I purchased a smartphone at sportscene Atlantis Branch on Saturday 8 july i come across some technical difficulties i took the phone back on the Monday the 10th i was told by a store assistant that the manager is not instore and i cant have a new phone or my money back i asked her to phone the manager after she spoke with the store manager she said they can only book the phone in and their technicians would check my claim and they will then get back to me today is the 5th day they never called of updated me with any info i just came from the store spoke to the manager she said she doesn't know how far the tech team came to determine the way forward she now says i must wait till Monday and i cannot get my money back or a new phone my frustration is that they had 4days today is the 5th they never contacted me its costs money to take public transportation to the store the management had such an chicky attitude towards me what happens after today and i don't have the 7days Rights anymore i spoke to their customer service they also cannot help me the TFG headoffice is closed any advice or info??
