SportScene are unreliable and useless

So i order a new pair of shoes from them on monday evening, I get told by the lady on tuesday that i should receive my order by thursday, Friday latest, I go online today to see whats happening and i see the status is set to RETURNED. I call the helpdesk and they tell me on tuesday that they found out it was out of stock, no communication to a paying customer, i ask for my money back, and all he says is that it WILL be done between 5-7 working business days. This is unacceptable, i should have received the money back when they realized there was no stock. Im unhappy they have the worst customer service delivery that i have ever experienced as a consumer, THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!
