Sportscene App launch no voucher false advertising
Sportscene just recently launched thier app
In the launches currently being advertised is R150 of first purchase
I downloaded the app only to find that this advert is 100 percent misleading due to the fact that there is absolutely no R150 off present
This is gross false advertising misleading customers to download the app in view of recieving a non existent voucher
This is currently being advertised on sportscenes websites I have screenshots of the advert

Further to that if you are an existing tfg online client you can’t link your account card
My card is linked in my online profile but the app doesn’t acknowledge the card which as result the app only offers cash purchases
There is no option to purchase through your account
They comment stating if you have a account card through other tfg brands ie totalsports for example you need to link the card online which makes absolutely no sense as in my case the card is already linked and thier is no option to address within the app or online
If your card is already linked technically the app should pull all information
The app pulled my details however it doesn’t pull the account card details and as a result you can’t purchase on your account
It’s bad enough to con customers to download the app through false advertising it’s even worse that they launch and App that doesn’t work correctly either
I checked on thier Facebook page now and numerous customers are querying they advert
Door scenes have responded saying the voucher is given after the first purchase which clearly would only be redeemed against a second purchase which is a clear contradiction to the what the advert states in ie get R150 off your first purchase
No one has sportscene in the advert indicated that a voucher is issued after the fact
It’s clear false advertised it’s misleading and absolutely shocking it’s the move of a Con artist
