Sportscene All Start Converse Sneaker - Poor Quality.

Hi Have recently bought a sneaker online through a company called Bash. The sneaker happened to have a defect after wearing it just for few hours. I reached out to Bash support team and the reffered me to take the sneaker to sportscene. I took the sneaker to the sportscene in wonderpark and i was wlecomed by a whole lot of critism. I was even told as a frastarted customer that they are not even sure if i wore the sneaker once or not. I was also told that the color is no longer matching not knowing that, that was the actual color of the sneaker. They acknowledge after i showed them the original picture from my online order. All i got was excuses and no one was willing to take an opportuinity to want to understand poor product quality. What i failed to understand was; how can a sneaker which cost almost R2000 have a defect after few hours of wearing them? and the company selling it, care less about a concern been raised by their customer who today they have lost due to their arrogance. I am still left frastrated as i write this review. Understanding also that this was my first sneaker online purchase. Will i ever buy at Bash again? I dont think so. Will i ever walk into a sportscene and buy a sneaker? Definately NOOOOO.
