Sportscene: a company full of lies and excuses with NO Feedback. Never use there online store

There online service is absolutely shocking. I placed an order 3 weeks ago I've called their call center agents 4 times to follow up on my order. I have still not recieved my parcel nor any feedback on when the delivery will take place . I then received a mail 2 days ago and one item has been canceled but yet the call center agent confirmed there is stock instore and in the warehouse so I'm yet to understand why. They keep telling me they have no idea when it will be delivered or why 3 weeks later an item was cancelled. Such shocking service. I even sent a public comment on saturday night expressing my frustration and they deleted my comment!! I have sent messages on Facebook and they always say they will get back to me. I just don't understand how customers are expected to accept this level of service. Rather don't have an online store if you like about delivery times. Terrible terrible service NEVER BUY from SPORTSCENE
