I am honestly very disappointed with sportscene and I am writing this out of pure frustration. I have recently purchased a sneaker online via the sportscene website. The item was delivered to me damaged/used. I visited a nearby branch to exchange it, however the staff were very *********** and had no knowledge of the process to undergo an exchange. I was told that due to the item being purchased on promotion, I would have to pay the normal price inorder to receive a new one. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. Please avoid purchasing anything on their website as far as possible as the customer service for related issues are pathetic.
