Sportscene Canal Walk. I got an item from Sportscene V&A in the wrong size which I then went to exchange at Canal Walk as it was a tad bit too small. Upon checking my receipt I noticed you guys charged me more than the price on the price tag. Your employee then gives me the exchange for the same price. I confront her by telling her you're advertising the item for a certain amount on the tag, so why was I charged extra in the first place I want my money back. Your employee then goes and says she can't give me my money back cause her till won't balance if she rings it up. WHOSE ISSUE IS THAT!? You over charged me only to tell me I can't get my money back cause your till won't balance? Your service is PATHETIC and I'll be taking this further as I still haven't received my funds back!
