Sportscene

To whom it may concern I wish to lodge a complain about sportscene. Two to three months ago I started to receive sms's from sportscene about an account for a Mr Odwa Nodwala on my phone and I called sportscene informing that I've had this number for the past 15 or 20 years and that I don't know who this person is, I get calls almost everyday and text messages almost daily. My explanationis falling on deaf ears. I really feel harassed, it is the company responsibility to make sure that they capture the correct information before they grant people new accounts. I really don't know what to do anymore. Please help me.
