Can I get help. I went to sportscene middlands mall and bought nike hoodie for R379.99 by swapping my card and money was taken out of my account. The problem is they dont want to give me my item I bought and refund my money they are telling me that the transaction did not go through to their account while I have proof that money was processed under their account with a bankstatement
