Sportcene poor customer service

I purchased a Black takkies online which showed stock was available on the 3rd of November 2022.

The parcel was delivered 2 weeks later although TFG says it take 3 to 5 working days to deliver & the wrong colour was delivered. (White)

I contacted TFG customer care and I was assisted by Olwethu.

Again the wrong takkies was sent to the collection point. Kids takkies was sent I stead of men's.

From the 28th of November 2022 I have not had any feedback as to when I will receive the item I Purchased.

The is the same retailer that will charge customers R20 per phone call and interest when u pay your account 3 days late but for their own mistakes, No action is taken.
