Sportcene green acres !

My name is Neo from Soweto, I've been wanting Timberland boots size 5 for females and I've been struggling to get one to the point that this issue is starting to get on my damn nerves!

I've been working with the Sportcene Dobsonville team which has been really much of a good help and their team is amazing BUT it seems like the other branch isn't co-operative and willing to help. So since Dobsonville did not have what I wanted in store we decided to ask for Timberland boots from Sportcene green acres and they sent it through for the 1st time but it was damaged! I'm not gonna express how disappointed I was until they sent a 2nd pair which was odd! And not odd in size or side but odd in colour and shape! The two boots colour shades are not the same, one is darker than the other and the shape also differs! It appears like one is a ladies shoe and the other is men's!

How on earth am I gonna be satisfied as a customer if I can't get a simple Timberland boots in a size 5 for ladies without damages or odd pairs?

I'm very disappointed about the rude Sportcene green acres team! I no longer care about where my boots come from now. I just want a perfect thing! Thanks!
