sportcene cancelled my order

ordered junior vans and mens vans online on the friday when i placed the order there was stock now all of a sudden today got a email saying they had to cancel one of my orders(which is the both pairs of shoes)due to insufficient/damamaged stock..so why is that my problem such a disappointment payment and everything went through....really terrible services...
