This whole issue stared when someone was suppose to keep a timberland boot a side for me at one of your stores. Only to find out that they havent kept their word. I then miss out on the half price special and have to pay full price. I was then advised to order the boot online since there was no stock at stores, even though the online system clearly shows there is stock. I went ahead and I bought a timberland boot at sportcene online at the full price, I received it today and I got to say I have never been so disappointed in my life. The box is broken, the shoe is damaged, the boots outside souls are different colors. Like how do you even send such a product out man. It boggles my mind to think that someone has the guts to even send such a product. Did you expect me to just accept the product? From failed promises to paying full price for a damaged product. All I want is what I paid for, an undamaged product.
