Sport scene staff are unacceptable

Upon entering the Sportscene store at the Newcastle Mall, to do shopping, yes we all know that music attracts clients, but heck man is it necessary for a store to have music so loud that it sounds like a tavern, to a point that the shop assistants can't hear you when you speak to them, out of courtesy for a clients I would think they would turn the music down to a suitable volume, I asked 3 shop assistants to please turn the volume down, I even asked to see the manger apparently that was on lunch, still the store assistants could have actually be bothered to turn down the volume, one guy actually asked me( he had a beard) why I was angry and shouting at the store assistants, in my opinion the store was rude, I lost it and threw my merchandise at the store assistant. Such behavior from a store is unacceptable, I will not ever support a Sport Scene store ever again, I won't even bother entering a Sport scene store again. Store assistants and manager have caused that a client wouldn't shop in any of the stores again.

The behavior is disgusting.
