service needs to improve on stock lookup

<p cl***="MsoNormal">HI</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal"> </p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">Not a happy customer however in this regard I feel you guys need to have a way of having a customer look for a specific item that u sell in certain of your stores because your online and customer service guys seriously can’t help me unless they have a barcode. Which brings me to my next point.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal"> </p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">Ok so you go into your store and the staff say they can’t help you with a specific item yet you guys got a huge amount of stores with a huge range. I travel and visit a lot of your stores and I also buy a lot of sneakers just feel in store and now online I always have h***les finding items I specifically want. I personally think the customer service agents should have a way to check stock in all stores via search by description or codes. Problem is if you ask for a specific item staff at store or agents just say you don’t have without checking store system again because they can’t get a code? Now I am a customer how must I get the code?</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal"> </p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">I have had this numerous times at numerous store if they don’t have stock they won’t find out or won’t even worry to sell the pair if it was not in stock in there shop. Again because they don’t have a code. I don’t mind paying shipping as I did this whole querying before until speaking to someone in the shoe department in the sport scene division. Which helped me find the shoe an ship it at my nearest store to collect. Which made me a frustrated customer because staff are not hungry enough to get that sale an ***ist me. They more like not interested in ***isting you.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal"> </p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">Today I spoke to staff to ***ist me with a shoe they didn’t bother to check. Spoke to customer service agent transferred me to a online store agent Waseem Jacobs took my details and waiting for a response.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal"> </p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">Can someone please help me?
