sent phone to repairs for more then 4 weeks

Good day, I am very angry with the service I am getting at Sportscene stores I sent my phone to repairs at Sportscene on the 17 june 2019 till today I haven't received my phone and ive been doing a follow up since day one last week I called them and they told me they found parts for my phone and it will be back by Monday. now its Tuesday i called again they told me that they cant find parts for my phone they will send new one which will take another 4 weeks and i am still paying the phone the phone cash price is R6000 i don't know if they are playing with me or what
