sellphone unrepairalbe

<p>hi peter</p> <p> </p> <p>i did buy me a phone at sportscene promanade and i was ask if i like to take out insurance with the cellphone and i said yes</p> <p> </p> <p>what happen the phone is went off so i could not find the paper of the phone but found the insurance paper and they toke the phone in for repairs and on the 19 march 2016 i ask how long will the repair take the person reply 3-6 week on the six week i went to find out the store manager said the clain jwas approved just yesterday so they busy fixing the phone it will be at the store in a week after a week i went there again so he told me the courier company have a problem and a month ago form today 22 june 2016 the manager told me the phone is back but it have the same problem so they sending it back and it will take two weeks and last weeked i went there again so the store manager told me they dont deal with the repairs they dont know when the phone will be repair so i ask for him to remove the insurance from my account because im paying for insurane that is hopeless and unreliable and im paying a phone i do not have use of and his reply was i cant cancel insurance my claim will fail so i dont know how its possible for them to mess me around like this i never receive any feed back on this phone since 19 march 2016</p>
