Security safety to the customers

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your Westgate Mall store on Monday, 5 January 2026. I visited your store with my 2 children and left my bag behind, which contained my phone. I returned within 15-20 minutes, but my bag was gone.

When I asked your staff if they'd seen it, they said no, and when I tried calling my phone, it was on voice mail. When I requested to check the CCTV footage, I was told you don't have footage available.

I find this unacceptable - a store like Sports Scene should prioritize customer safety and security, especially with CCTV footage. I feel the staff didn't make an effort to assist me or investigate my lost bag.
