I lost my phone in December in one of their shops. I actually dropped it on a beanie I took a seat on in the store. Unaware that it fell out of my pocket I just stood up and walked out. Going back there I was taken from pillar to post with regards to cctv footage which would have helped. Now they sent me a message saying the matter has been resolved but how when I dont know anything about what was done in resolving the matter??
