I placed an order online and made payment on the 28th of August and on 30th I received an email from TFG letting me know that my order was cancelled due to stock shortages and they never said anything about my refund until I called them and that's when i was told the refund was paid on my bank in will reflect within 48hours and should phone my bank to confirm. I phoned my bank after 48hours and was told that there was no payment from TFG. I phone TFG group and spoke to Wesley who promised to contact finance and get back to me but till today after more than 2day there is no word from them and no money in.
