****!!!

Six months of using their phone then touch screen stops working...I take it back because it was still under warranty...guess what, they later claimed my warranty void because my phone was damaged by water. I had never put or dropped that phone in water...and I don't even have kids who could have dropped it in water...it had a screen guard and a well protective pouch...and had no single scratch... somehow I was quoted more than 3000 Rands to get it fixed... I hate TFG...they are ****ing people...why warranty a gadget if they still gone **** people.
