Same ****, Different Day!

The managers in some Sportscene stores really have a stink attitude. I bought takkies online for my son and returned one pair to the store. I asked whether I can exhange at any TFG store and was told no. I then said its one brand and if I buy online I can collect it here, so why can I not exchange it? I told her I would try at Totalsports as the line was long and not may cashiers were assisting. She then told me you go and see what you accomplish but the attitude just ****ed me off big time! Totalsports advised the same which to me makes absolutely no sense if it is under the same umbrella.
