Sales Process Violation

Hi there<br> <br> I am really aggrieved (to put it mildly). I've been a victim of identity theft and someone opened an Sportscene account in my name. My gripe against Sportscene is how could they open an account without the necessary documentation and validations? My id document and proof of residents document was either not produced or forged . Also my employer's name is incorrect - is this information not checked as standard operating processes? <br> <br> My biggest gripe is that now the burden of proof is on me to proof my innocence whereas the sales agent at Sportscene didn't follow procedures. I'm really mad!!!!<br> <br> <br>
