Sakhile Cebekhulu does not deserve his position

I am repulsed by the amount of disrespect at sportscene Midway crossing (Sakhile Cebekhulu), I have been a sportscene member for years and have been under the TFG umbrella for years and now I'm told that I owe money where as my account is sitting on Zero at the store, I am currently abroad and have aske my partner to take my ID to sportscene Midway where he last made a payment, since we lost the reciept, and they refused to assist even when I asked them to send it to my registered email on their system. Sakhile Cebekhulu was rude and showed absolutely no respect in this instant, but everytime we make payments they are quick to take money without even asking any form of identity, treated me like I was not a client. i need sportscene to rectify this at this instant.
