Ruining my life and credit score

I have a sportscen clothing, like any other South African consumer I experienced and suffered a bad financial crisis, then I missed one month payment not knowing my monthly instalment has gone up I paid R500 instead of R750. Then I had a shortfall in my payments I think by 2 months.

Ok now the issue here is that I did made arrangements for my payments and I kept my promises, funny my account was listed as in arrears but later it says no arrears are due, then I paid what was due which was R650 I did lodge a complain about their stinking attitude of their constants

But my problem is that I'm listed under credit Breuer as a result I can't have another credit because I've got a negative with credit Breuer, for what for heaven sake, it not like my account was handed over to debt collectors or what I have made my payments but still listed negatively under credit Breuer, I'm so angry and disappointed on them I have burnt their card I will the remaining balance and they can go to hell.
