Rude sportscene financial advisor

Good day

I just received call from a guy from sportscene who I found to be kind of rude. The guy just demand a payment. I understand that I have skipped this month's installment but the is no need send me financial advisors who when I can not respond to their demands just drop the phone on me while I'm still explaining the guy did not even give me his name he only told me he is calling from sportscene and the call will be recorded. It's very unprofessional how the guy handled the matter he was not even interested in what I hand to say all he wanted was a payment...... Is this how sportscene does business. I've never skipped a payment before I don't know why I'm being treated like this. I have a valid reason why I did not pay
