Rude and Bad Customer service

I went to Sportscene at Mams mall and had a very very bad experience, unfortunately couldn’t get the Guy’s name he was soo unprofessional and rude as if he’s being forced to assist us, was doing a lay bye doesn’t even greet nor tell us where to go after getting the sneakers for us. I don’t think he was properly trained about customer service at all and I would rather go somewhere else with my money than that store. While forcefully assisting us he was busy with other customer and we were there 1st I mean how rude!!!😡😡😡😡😡
