This is the email I sent to them on the 20th of July, They have not responded. I'm being **********. I'm trying to pay off my account so I can't close it but the balance is going up,

I am Lungiswa Balenzi, ID no *** 088, I writing here concerning my sportscene account which was handed over to Hammond pole majola. My balance is suppose to be R2000 but I notice now it goes back to R3500 after the tfg app was upgraded. My balance in June was R2650.35. I paid on the 11th of June R150.35 which leaves the balance R2500.00 On the 15th of June I paid R500.00 meaning my balance should be R2000. I paid again R500 on 15 July meaning my balance should be R1500 but its R3500+.I have attached you app screenshot which I took last month with the balance I had then so Why my balance is at R3500+ again?? I made a payment again on 15 July meaning my balance is suppose to be R1500 but it's still R3000+ May app profile is with the same email address I'm using now. *** I have sent an app review on the 20 of June where I was asked to email to this email so you can look into it.

I emailed tfg already but they thetcabt help me since my account was handed over to Hammond Pole Majola who can not give me a clear explanation.
