On the 30th of June 2015 I bought a Huawei phone. Assisted by Nelly a consultant who failed trying to charge the phone advised I should take it home and put it on charger for 2HRS. I did as advised however 2HRS later the phone still only showed the \Huawei"logo. I took the battery out and got it back on charger and only then it started charging.<br> <br> I took the phone back on the 2nd of July after it kept showing me a message \""Battery temperature too low\"" continuously.
