Ridiculous services

I ordered something online on the 27th November 2020 ( mind you that it was a great sale !) I have purchased from them before and it arrived in the next 2 davs so i took it that I would get it way before Christmas. No , its now the 22nd December 2020 and I got an email to say that they going to return my things to the warehouse and get a refund . I contacted the customer service line twice asking where ny package is and they kept telling me that they have to contact the courier. The courier phones me personally last week Friday telling me that my package would come the Saturday, to my surprise nothing came . I dont want the refund , I want my package that I ordered specifically for Christmas!! This is really ridiculous. You guys can easily return packages but can never deliver them . I phoned the customer services today and the lady put the phone down after asking for my order number. I'm highly upset with TFG services . Never ordering online again!
