reversal transaction not reflecting in my bank account

on the 01-06-2020 i made bought an item from sportscene online store with my card details using my wife's online sportscene account ( Mpho Matsaung ) they deducted money R649.99 from my FNB card *** . on the 02-06-2020 they advised that the item purchased was out of stock and they will reverse the money back into my account . till this day i have not received the refund and when calling them they are advising that reversal was done on the 02-06-2020 and when i go to my bank there is no reversal that reflects on my account from them . i dont know how else to get this resolved . please assist
