Returning items

I went to sportscene newtown junction and as soon as i waked in the was a lady in front of me just finished paying for whatever she bought and was given a receipt . Showed the cashier that i am returning items bought online and she did not bother checking what i bought or even check my receipt , she just told me that the system offline then later said the system having problems so not sure if she did not know the process or she just did not feel like assisting me . i asked when should i come back and she said later on i must come back. It was not even busy at the store infect it was empty so not sure why she did not want to assist me. if they were offline she would not have given the lady before me a receipt . Never going to that store again that is why prefer online and not going at the store.
