I went to germiston sportscene shop to return the sweater that I have bought with an credit account on the first week of August 2021, sales person by the name of linda myeni told me that her manager Vinolia Mabokwane told him that TFG does not do 30 days refund if you don't have a slip even though they can trance my purchase through my credit account, according to TFG 30days Return Policy says goods must be return if they are unused with price tag still attached, I was refused to return my sweater even though there was a price tag attached and was told that because of previous looting incidents they not allowed to return goods from their customers meaning that it might be looted or ****** goods, I felt discriminated and humiliated about their conduct, I need them to credit my purchase into my account with immediately effect and also I want the store Manager call me and fix their mess and I need feedback as soon as possible...
