Retailer displays the wrong price
So the Spotscene store manager, Rachel, refuses to my face to sell me the kidis All Star sneacker at the displaced price? The shoe was priced R 629.00 and I got to the till it scanned R 699.00. The display price did not contain an obvious error, was not tempered with and was not on a red sticker. When the sales person picked this up and asked his manager to give it to me at the diplay price, Rachel was just boldly rude and told me the price had changed. When I told her I would report her, she said I could go ahead and tell Hello Peter that her name is Rachel and she is the store manager and will do as she pleases in her shop. According to CPA, if there is an error in the price, the supplier cannot insist that the consumer pay a higher price for the goods than the one they display. But apparently, this Act does not apply in \Rachel's shop\"."
